A quick explanation of how shipping
charges are calculated.
After items have been added to the shopping cart. Proceed to CHECKOUT, there
you will find our Shipping Options page. Our system uses an API program that takes into account the number of
items ordered, the size and weight of the package, it then contacts the servers for FedEx and or the Post
Office to obtain the shipping rates and available options i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, Priority or International.
The information is then returned and displayed in a colum so you can determine how you would like the items
shipped to you and at what price.
Our server obtains the Real Time pricing infomation from the Shipping
companies servers based on your order and where it will be shipped to.
This cost saving service cuts down
on excessive shipping costs, and is the reason why we only give rough estimates of shipping costs over the
phone. We do not attempt to estimate shipping costs by email. The system will provide you with the real time
costs on the shipping options page, before you proceed to the payment page.

All shipping rates quoted by our system are automatically obtained

Some oversized items i.e. ink tubes, or plotter mainentance kits may incur an Oversized package delivery surcharge. FedEx charges these fees in addition to standard shipping charges and they may have to be added to International orders after the order is invoiced by a second charge to the purchase credit card.

Order must be received and processed before 4PM Central Time

In all but a few cases, Items WILL be shipped at least the next business day.

In the event of a return for replacement due to defective merchandise
Computer Care or the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective item under the manufacturers warranty, no refunds will be issued for defective items, any and all charges related to returns shipping are solely the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Computer Care.

An RMA # is required for all
returns. This helps us in keeping track of returns. Please follow the
instructions above, an RMA# will be issued to you. Please make sure you have
tried all the troubleshooting tips above before requesting an RMA. If you are in
a hurry for your exchange, please re-order the new item via our web site, and
return the item you would like to receive credit for. If returning for a refund after purchasing a replacement
you can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 5-15 business days of
our acceptance of your return.
Package the cartridges carefully
in the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice, with the RMA #
given by support. Wrap any opened cartridges in an airtight bag to prevent ink
from leaking out and staining other items in the box.
Please note that
all cartridges are weighed for usage; all cartridges sent back to us that have
more than 25% usage will be pro-rated accordingly.
The undersigned guarantees payment to Computer Care. and
understands and consents to be held personally liable for all monies due to
Computer Care. should their company fail or refuse to pay any monies due under
the terms and conditions of sale set forth and acknowledged. Past due accounts
are subject to a 3% per month interest of the outstanding balance. All returns
must have an authorized RMA#, and return freight is F.O.B. origin. Returns are
subject to a 30% restocking fee, (excludes defective) plus any and all shipping
charges incurred by Computer Care. Acceptance and delivery of all purchase
orders is expressly conditioned upon the satisfaction of all past due accounts
with Computer Care. and subject to management\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s approval. It is agreed that the
guarantor and company shall be responsible for all collection costs, including
attorney fees, should it be necessary for Computer Care to commence legal action
to collect monies owed by the undersigned guarantor. The undersigned agrees to

are true and complete and are made for the purpose of inducing you to establish
a line of credit.
